Anytime I need information about my auto or home owners insurance, Macayla is there! After having a challenging day with my home loan company, I reached out to Macayla to assist me with getting my home owners insurance faxed to them. She took care of it quickly and provided a follow-up to confirm the work had been completed. My partner Chris and I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Macayla. She has provided us services for the coverage of our primary residence and now two rentals.

In our search for Earthquake insurance, I had many questions regarding coverage, where we would live in the event of a total loss scenario, how we would and could rebuild, etc. When I sent all of my questions over, what did I get in return? Not a cookie cutter email, but the most highly personalized response discussing scenarios around each of my unique questions. Her response made it so easy for me to understand in normal human terms, not a bunch of insurance industry jargon.

Finding someone like her is extremely difficult when looking for insurance or any professional service these days. She takes time to get to know her clients, ensures that their questions are answered in their entirety and does it all with a smile and friendly personality.

They are the most helpful group of people and so kind for whatever circumstance I'm experiencing. Twice in the last 2 situations I've required insurance advice/recommendations, Tom has helped immediately. If there was an opportunity to add stars it would be... plus infinity! They feel like family when I call and because they are local, know what I'm talking about and where I'm talking about. I'm continually amazed by my little "family" at H&M, Macayla is so knowledgeable, she really knows her stuff and will help to correct any issues that I've come up against.
