Hi! I’m Macayla for those of you I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting/speaking with. I’m going on my 7th year here at Head and Malesis Insurance Agencies and the time has flown by. I work remotely full time because I currently live in Oregon. I’m the oldest of four, born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but my family and I relocated to Washington in 2013. I returned to my hometown in June of 2022, and I’m blessed to be able to keep working for a company I love. I’m a bandwagon Seahawks and Mariners fan but a diehard Portland Trail Blazers fan. I used to play basketball in middle and high school so I’ve always enjoyed watching that a little bit more.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me… spending time with family and friends. Family is one of the most important things to me. With all the crazy this world has to offer, they ground me and remind me who I am. I spend as much time with them as possible.
Favorite thing about working at Head & Malesis: The education aspect. No one really wants to have insurance, but we all have to have it in one form or another. I love breaking down coverages in terms my customers can actually understand so they know what they’re paying for and how it will help them specifically in their time of need.
